Sticky Chinese Pork Belly 

In celebration of Chinese New Year, why not try our sticky pork belly; meltingly tender pork belly, marinated in soy, garlic, ginger, rice wine & a little chilli, then fried to create crispy, caramelised dish on a bed of pak choi leaves.

Serving Suggestion: Serve on a bed of rice with some more steamed vegetables. 


Pesto Chicken Casserole with Cheesy Dumplings 

A slow cooked chicken casserole with Italian flavours of pesto, sundried tomatoes & white wine, topped with parmesan dumplings & sprinkled with pine nuts.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with green veg or a salad. 


The Ultimate Lasagne 

A slow cooked beef and pork ragù layered with pasta and creamy béchamel, topped with a sprinkling of mature cheddar.

A creamy fish chowder with crispy bacon, soft potatoes, celery, herbs & spices. Certainly, a dish to warm your cockles on a winter’s day!
