This is a classic pairing of flavours, with tender pork belly braised in Aspalls cider, with sage & golden fried apples & shallots.

Serving Suggestion: Mashed potatoes would mop up all the delicious cider sauce, but it would work just as well with some steamed cavolo nero and new potatoes.
